The posting

Vitaz investeert dagelijks in de exploitatie van de bestaande infrastructuur en technieken te Sint-Niklaas, Lokeren, Sint-Gillis-Waas, Beveren, Hamme en Temse. We een operationeel medewerker materiaalbeheer die de processen mee organiseert, opvolgt en efficiënter maakt. Je fungeert als intern centraal aanspreekpunt binnen de technische diensten voor diverse vragen met betrekking tot materiaalbeheer. Bestellingen beheren: aanmaken en opvolgen van SAP-bestellingen voor de dienst 'Projecten Bouw en technieken' en historische bestelbonnen opzoeken. Logistieke en administratieve ondersteuning van het materiaal- en magazijnbeheer voor de technische diensten: Beheren en actualiseren van artikel-, prijs- en leveranciersgegevens in SAP en Ultimo, aanmaken van magazijnartikelen en verwerken van voorraad- en verbruiksmutaties. Genereren en verwerken van automatische bestelregels en bestellingen tussen Ultimo en SAP, afstemmen van verpakkingshoeveelheden en transportkosten. Invoeren en controleren van gegevens, digitaal archiveren en doorsturen van informatie. Factuurverwerking: controleren, uitsplitsen en verwerken van facturen, inclusief kostenplaatsen, onderhoudscontracten, btw-codes en grootboekrekeningen, en koppelen van factuurgegevens aan assets. Communicatie en samenwerking: onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partijen, deelnemen aan overleg en opmaken en versturen van verslagen.

- Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs; bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting. - Je bent administratief onderlegd en hebt kennis van en ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Relevante werkervaring is een meerwaarde. - Je bent contactvaardig en kan zelfstandig werken. - Je bent flexibel en gestructureerd waardoor dienstoverschrijdend werken geen probleem vormt. - je hebt oog voor detail - Technisch inzicht is een pluspunt maar geen must
