Ben jij graag actief bezig en zie je het liefst meteen het resultaat van je werk?

Bij Staelens zoeken we een nieuwe collega voor ons decontaminatie-team! Een job met veel variatie, waarbij je de ene dag bezig bent met reinigingswerken en de volgende dag een kleine herstelling uitvoert of het magazijn op orde brengt.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen bandwerk en geen dagen die er allemaal hetzelfde uitzien. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je onder andere:

  • machines, installaties, materiaal en werkruimtes industrieel reinigt;
  • instaat voor kleine herstellingen en kluswerken;
  • materiaal en gereedschap ordelijk beheert en onderhoudt;
  • het magazijn netjes en overzichtelijk houdt;
  • je collega's helpt waar nodig bij verschillende praktische werkzaamheden.

Je bent dus een echte allrounder: iemand die graag ziet wat er moet gebeuren en het vervolgens gewoon aanpakt.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Je hoeft bij je start niet alles te kunnen. Bij Staelens voorzien we een opleiding op de werkvloer. Je leert de verschillende taken stap voor stap van ervaren collega's en krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer
