Waar leg jij de verbinding? - Medior (3 - 10 jaar ervaring) - - - Vanuit Barendrecht werk je als Operationeel Omgevingsmanager aan de Buurtaanpak van Stedin. In verschillende wijken wordt het elektriciteitsnet uitgebreid en verzwaard. Kabels worden vervangen en nieuwe elektriciteitshuisjes geplaatst, terwijl bewoners, ondernemers en andere partijen zo goed mogelijk bereikbaar moeten blijven. Jij bent degene die de verbinding legt tussen het project en de buurt. Je weet wat er buiten speelt, zorgt dat bewoners tijdig weten wat er gaat gebeuren en pakt vragen of knelpunten snel op. Je zit daarbij niet alleen achter je laptop: juist in de wijk maak jij het verschil. Je begeleidt de omgevingscommunicatie rondom de werkzaamheden en bent zichtbaar aanwezig in het projectgebied. - informeren van bewoners, ondernemers, VvE's, scholen en andere betrokkenen; - opstellen en verspreiden van wijkbrieven, bewonerscommunicatie en projectupdates; - aanwezig zijn in de wijk als aanspreekpunt voor vragen en meldingen; - beheren en actief opvolgen van vragen, klachten en signalen uit de omgeving; - afstemmen met uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders over planning, bereikbaarheid en hinder; - signaleren waar werkzaamheden tot problemen kunnen leiden en hier vooraf op anticiperen; - schakelen met gemeenten, Stedin en andere betrokken partijen; - praktische oplossingen organiseren bij onverwachte situaties in de wijk; - signalen uit de omgeving terugbrengen naar het projectteam, zodat we onze aanpak kunnen verbeteren. Je zorgt er vooral voor dat het project buiten goed blijft aansluiten op wat er in de omgeving gebeurt. - minimaal enkele jaren ervaring binnen omgevingsmanagement, omgevingscommunicatie of een vergelijkbare functie; - ervaring met projecten waarbij werkzaamheden plaatsvinden in een bewoonde of stedelijke omgeving; - je communiceert duidelijk en blijft rustig wanneer belangen of emoties oplopen; - je bent praktisch in...
