Over het werk Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar kantoor, kraanmachinisten, monteurs, commercie en directie nauw met elkaar samenwerken. De sfeer is informeel en betrokken, maar het werk vraagt tegelijkertijd om professionaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid. Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om zelf met ideeën te komen: iets wat in het verleden op een bepaalde manier werd gedaan, hoeft niet automatisch de beste oplossing voor morgen te zijn. Als Projectcoördinator Planning & Operations ligt jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid bij de planning van de kraanmachinisten die op langlopende projecten werkzaam zijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat op het juiste moment de juiste machinist beschikbaar is en houdt daarbij rekening met projecten, onderhoud en transport. Valt iemand onverwachts uit? Dan kom jij direct in actie. Je zoekt naar een passende oplossing, stemt af met uitvoerders op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden doorgang kunnen vinden. Juist daarom zoeken we iemand die vooruit plant, overzicht houdt en problemen het liefst oplost voordat ze ontstaan. Naast de planning ben jij een echte regelaar op kantoor. Van overeenkomsten opstellen en hotels boeken voor monteurs tot onderdelen versturen, bestellingen plaatsen en de kantoorvoorraad bijhouden: jij ziet wat er nodig is en pakt het op. Jij bent iemand die rust en overzicht creëert waar anderen vooral de dynamiek van de dag zien. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en begrijpt dat een goede planning de basis vormt voor een soepel verloop van projecten.
