Als Planner Personeel en Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning in de brede zin van het woord.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.

Je maakt de dagelijkse planning.

Je voorziet oplossingen bij ziekte, verlof of onverwachte afwezigheden.

Je werkt hiervoor met vaste medewerkers, interimkrachten en flexi-medewerkers.

Je bouwt een goed back-upsysteem uit.

Je kent het personeel en weet wie geschikt is voor welke opdracht.

Je onderhoudt een goede relatie met de medewerkers.

Je zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en communicatie.

Je bewaakt het overzicht.

Je grijpt in wanneer er problemen ontstaan.

Je zoekt naar een efficiënte oplossing.

Je behandelt klachten van klanten.

Je onderzoekt waar het probleem is ontstaan.

Je gaat na wie bij de opdracht betrokken was.

Je bekijkt of onze organisatie verantwoordelijk is.

Indien nodig zorg je mee voor een oplossing.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks opmaken en beheren van de personeelsplanning.
  • Last-minute afwezigheden opvangen.
  • Een back-upsysteem voorzien voor ziekte, verlof en andere afwezigheden.
  • Werken met vaste medewerkers, interimkrachten en flexi-medewerkers.
  • Personeel leren kennen en weten wie geschikt is voor welke taken.
  • Goede relaties opbouwen met medewerkers.
  • Medewerkers begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Sterke teams samenstellen.
  • Problemen en klachten opvolgen en oplossen.
  • Klachten controleren en nagaan waar het probleem is ontstaan.
  • Indien nodig de betrokken chauffeur of medewerker contacteren.
