Als Nationaal Operationeel Planner ben jij mede verantwoordelijk voor het versterken en optimaliseren van het elektriciteitsnet, zodat Nederland kan blijven rekenen op betrouwbare en duurzame energie. Je komt te werken in het Operationele Planning team, bestaande uit 13 collega's. Samen werken jullie aan de voorbereidingen voor de dag van morgen op het gebied van systeem, markt en transport, een essentiële taak voor een stabiele en duurzame energievoorziening. Binnen ons team heerst een open, veilige en collegiale werksfeer, waarin innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Jouw rol De energietransitie vraagt om slimme, daadkrachtige professionals. In Operationele Planning werken we dagelijks aan de voorbereiding van een N-1 veilig net, de afstemming van de beschikbare transportcapaciteit aan de markt en de marktkoppeling in Noordwest-Europa zodat Nederland ook morgen kan rekenen op een betrouwbaar elektriciteitsnet. Draag jij hieraan bij als Nationaal Operationeel Planner? Het werk van een National Operationeel Planner gaat 365 dagen in het jaar door. De werkzaamheden worden nu nog uitgevoerd van 08:00 - 16:00 maar mogelijk komt hier in de (nabije) toekomst een middagdienst (15:00-23:00) naast. Daarnaast wordt verwacht dat je minimaal 1 x in de 5 weken zelf een weekenddienst draait en bovendien nog 1 x per 5 weken de reservedienst hebt en je op feestdagen ingepland kan worden. Hier staat een onregelmatigheidstoeslag van 8,1% tegenover en deze zal bij een toekomstige middagdienst hoger uitvallen. Op dagen dat je geen dienst hebt bepaal je je eigen werktijden en kun je deels vanuit huis werken.
