Als Operationeel Planner speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van onze transportprocessen.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning, opvolging en coördinatie van onze transporten.

Je bent de spilfiguur die operationele uitdagingen omzet in vlotte oplossingen, en je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte logistieke keten.

In deze rol ga je aan de slag met de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Planning & Opvolging: Inplannen van transporten in samenwerking met vervoerders, realtime bewaken van de operationele flow en signaleren van afwijkingen. Boeken en bevestigen van transporten in onze systemen en capaciteit controleren.
  • Coördinatie & Communicatie: Aansturen van vervoerders en chauffeurs met duidelijke instructies, intensief samenwerken met de Customer Service-afdeling voor tijdige informatie naar klanten en agenten.
  • Operationele Probleemoplossing: Snel reageren op wijzigingen, incidenten of onverwachte situaties, en de planning aanpassen om verstoringen te minimaliseren.
  • Administratie & Rapportering: Correct registreren van transporten, wijzigingen en incidenten, bijdragen aan interne rapportages en zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie van alle operationele activiteiten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring in planning of operations binnen de transport- of logistieke sector.
  • Sterk organisatorisch talent en een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Communicatief sterk – zowel intern als extern.
  • Kennis van transportprocessen, terminals, slots en operationele IT-systemen is een pluspunt.
