De functie inhoud Als projectcoördinator regio Oostende ben jij de operationele spil van alle actieve nieuwbouwprojecten: van kustappartementen tot woningen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

  • Aansturen van externe werfcoördinatoren en hoofdaannemers per project.
  • Voortgang bewaken op actieve nieuwbouwwerven en knelpunten proactief signaleren.
  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele vragen en coördineren van oplossingen.
  • Regelmatige werfbezoeken om de realiteit te toetsen aan de planning.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en overzien van keuzes voor niet-verkochte eenheden.
  • Initiëren van administratieve taken zoals prijsaanvragen voor meerwerk.

Onze klant Voor deze functie kom je terecht bij een groeiende bouwpromotor in regio Oostende die het volledige traject van haar vastgoedprojecten in eigen beheer opvolgt: van de zoektocht naar geschikte gronden en de ontwikkeling van het project tot de bouw en uiteindelijke verkoop. De projectportefeuille bestaat uit nieuwbouwappartementen aan de Belgische kust en nieuwbouwwoningen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team van vier collega's, waardoor de communicatielijnen kort zijn en je rechtstreeks betrokken wordt bij de verschillende projecten. Geen logge structuur, maar veel vrijheid, inspraak en verantwoordelijkheid.

Wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen? Op termijn krijg je bovendien de mogelijkheid om jouw functie te verbreden en meer betrokken te worden bij de ontwerp- en ontwikkelingsfase van nieuwe projecten. Jij bent de projectcoördinator in Oostende die structuur brengt en durft doorpakken.

  • Diploma in bouwkunde, architectuur of vastgoed met technische affiniteit.
  • Eerste ervaring bij een promotor of aannemer is een pluspunt, ook schoolverlaters met de juiste ingesteldheid komen in aanmerking.
  • Kennis van bouwprocessen, planning en aannemersdossiers.
  • Ben je assertief, gestructureerd en hands-on? Ideaal! Jij bent de schakel in een dynamisch team.
