Operationeel & sales manager (/opvolger?)) zonwering regio Eindhoven (3000-6000/mnd) Jij bent een echte commerciële manus van alles. Je gaat graag aan de slag bij een goedlopend bedrijf, om daar de boel nog nét wat beter laten lopen. Je wil goed verdienen, met verantwoordelijkheid en de vrijheid om zaken op je eigen manier aan te pakken. Je bent niet bang voor new business en je hebt een bak ervaring om op terug te vallen. Regio Eindhoven ken je op je duimpje. Je ziet uit naar gesprekken met (potentiële) klanten, je hebt oog voor perfecte service en ziet kansen in zowel sales als operations. Ja? Dan zoeken wij jou! Even voor de duidelijkheid, wat je bij ons niet gaat vinden: - Overwerken. We werken maandag t/m vrijdag. Overuren zijn zeldzaam en nooit in het weekend. - Micromanagement. Jij hebt voldoende kennis van verkoop en de operatie, je weet precies hoe je je zaken regelt. Als je hulp nodig hebt dan horen we het wel. - Gladde praatjes. Ons bedrijf draait op het leveren van perfecte service. Snel, en met een glimlach. We zijn goed voor onze klanten en goed voor onze mensen. Wie we zoeken Als operationeel & sales manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je stuurt monteurs aan en plant het werk in. Je hebt goed contact met klanten en weet hoe belangrijk het is om bestaande afnemers tevreden te houden. Daarnaast zorg je voor nieuwe afnemers en opdrachten die in ons straatje passen. Je toont initiatief en hebt altijd ideeën hoe de zaken beter kunnen. Wil je méér? In deze rol neem je een deel van de werkzaamheden van de eigenaar over. Hij wil een stapje terug doen. Dat geeft de mogelijkheid om het bedrijf op termijn volledig over te nemen of te participeren. De komende jaren word je dagelijks ondersteund door de eigenaar.
