Als operationeel specialist evenementen en demonstraties denk je mee over veiligheids- en openbare orde vraagstukken en lever je risicoanalyses aan. Hiervoor overleg je regelmatig met in- en externe partners en heb je een adviserende rol. Je zoekt actief de verbinding met andere afdelingen binnen de politie. Samenwerken met de verschillende disciplines doe je veelvuldig en is voor jou dan ook geen probleem. Daarnaast bewaak je het juiste gebruik- en toepassing van beleid op het gebied van evenementen. Je bent een vraagbaak en neemt collega's mee in jouw kennis en ervaring. Ook ben je actief betrokken bij het verder professionaliseren van de Teams Districtelijke Aanpak (TDA) binnen de eenheid in de preparatiefase. Je bevordert een uniforme invulling van de TDA's en ziet erop toe dat de processen en kwaliteit van de scenarioplanning worden geoptimaliseerd. Je bent situationeel inzetbaar op meerdere domeinen binnen het team, intern heb je veel contact met diverse afdelingen. Je bevordert de deskundigheid van collega's in de uitvoering door jouw specialistische kennis en vaardigheden over te dragen.
