Je werkt op de productielocatie in Rotterdam met meerdere hallen en drie continue productielijnen. Als Operationeel Supervisor stuur je operatorteams aan en bewaak je veilige en efficiënte productieprocessen. Je coördineert dienstroosters en plant productieactiviteiten om levertijden en capaciteit te waarborgen. Je voert industriële proeven uit en levert operationele data ter ondersteuning van opschalingsprojecten. Daarnaast signaleer je knelpunten in de productie en start je verbeterinitiatieven in samenwerking met technische disciplines en het management. Functie-inhoud - Aansturen van operatorteams en behalen van productie- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen - Bewaken van procedures, opstellen van werkinstructies en coördineren van root cause analyses - Uitvoeren van eerste lijn onderhoud, zoals het vrijmaken van vastgelopen onderdelen en basiscontroles van sensoren - Uitvoeren van visuele en meetcontroles, monsters nemen en registreren van kwaliteitsgegevens digitaal - Deeltijd verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en ombouwen van lijnen en eenvoudige instelwerkzaamheden Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring met het aansturen van operator teams - VAPRO C of vergelijkbaar met 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare industriële omgeving - Begrip van bedrijfsprocessen van de toeleveringsketen en overzicht van verbanden en afhankelijkheden - Technologische knowhow en relevante ervaring in de procesindustrie - Overtuigende professional die beslissingen durft te nemen met een can-do mentaliteit en duidelijke communicatiestijl
