Als Operationeel Teammanager Veiligheid geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 25 boa's en 10 toezichthouders en zorg je dat zij hun werk veilig, professioneel en met kwaliteit uitvoeren. Met jouw leiderschap draag je direct bij aan een veilige en prettige reisomgeving voor reizigers en medewerkers. Je staat dicht op de operatie en bent de schakel tussen jouw team en de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat medewerkers weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Tegelijk heb je oog voor de mens achter de medewerker en werk je actief aan ontwikkeling, inzetbaarheid en verzuim. Om goed te weten wat er speelt in de praktijk, loop je regelmatig mee met de boa's tijdens hun werkzaamheden. Je ervaart zelf wat er op straat gebeurt, begrijpt de uitdagingen waar je team mee te maken heeft en blijft hierdoor nauw verbonden met de dagelijkse operatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je schakelt continu tussen operationele vraagstukken, personele onderwerpen en samenwerking met interne afdelingen en externe partners om een veilige en prettige reis voor iedereen mogelijk te maken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het aansturen en coachen van een team van ongeveer 25 boa's en 10 toezichthouders - Het borgen van inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit en verzuimbegeleiding binnen je team - Het begeleiden van instroom en ontwikkeling van (nieuwe) medewerkers - Het regelmatig meelopen in de operatie om feeling te houden met de praktijk en de uitdagingen van het team - Het afstemmen met interne afdelingen, ketenpartners en hulpdiensten en het schakelen bij operationele incidenten en verstoringen Je weet wanneer je richting moet geven en wanneer je juist ruimte geeft aan je medewerkers om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
