Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde HVAC-onderneming die deel uitmaakt van een bredere groep van technische bedrijven. Vandaag ligt de focus vooral op residentiële en commerciële HVAC, maar de ambitie is duidelijk: verder groeien in B2B en industriële HVAC. De organisatie staat op een interessant kantelpunt. Er is een sterke technische basis en een hecht team, maar er is ruimte om verder te professionaliseren, te groeien en nieuwe markten aan te boren. Jij krijgt de kans om mee aan het stuur te zitten van die volgende groeifase.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding van de onderneming op.
  • Je zorgt voor structuur in de organisatie en bewaakt de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je volgt projecten op van aanvraag tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget, timing en marges.
  • Je analyseert technische klantvragen en werkt samen met het team passende oplossingen uit.
  • Je maakt offertes en staat in voor prijszetting en onderhandelingen.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en bouwt nieuwe klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je stuurt techniekers, medewerkers en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je volgt omzet, kosten, marges en rendement op.
  • Je identificeert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je bouwt het B2B- en industriële HVAC-segment verder uit.
  • Je rapporteert over de belangrijkste cijfers, projecten en commerciële dossiers.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere professionalisering en groei van de onderneming.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het overkoepelende managementteam.
  • Je hebt sterke ervaring in HVAC en bent op zoek naar de volgende stap.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
