Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler en een gevestigde waarde binnen de infra, grond-, weg- en waterbouw! Van complexe infrastructurele projecten tot omgevingswerken en groot grondverzet: zij hebben alles in huis om topprojecten te realiseren. Om hun business unit Aanneming naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen, zoeken we een gedreven operationeel verantwoordelijke die als rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider de leiding wil nemen!

Wat ga je doen? In deze sleutelpositie ben jij de spilfiguur die zorgt dat al de gespecialiseerde aannemingsprojecten op rolletjes lopen:

  • Je stuurt de teams van project- en werfleiding, werkvoorbereiding, calculatie en administratie aan binnen de business unit Aanneming.
  • Je ziet toe op een efficiënte planning, kwalitatieve uitvoering en rendabele optimalisatie van alle infrastructurele projecten en werven.
  • Je zorgt voor een slimme en efficiënte inzet van mens, zwaar materieel en grondstoffen op de werven.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance en de gerelateerde afdelingen zoals Transport, Zwaar Materieel en Recycling.
  • Je bouwt als directe rechterhand van de bedrijfsleider actief mee aan de strategie en de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die van aanpakken weet en zich door en door thuis voelt in een zware bouw- en infra-omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma (Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Aantoonbare en diepgaande ervaring in de niche van grond- en afbraakwerken, wegenbouw, rioleringswerken of civiele infrastructuur is een absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent een ervaren people manager die weet wat er leeft op de werf én aan de onderhandelingstafel.
  • Je hebt grondige ervaring met de wisselwerking tussen aanneming, transport en de inzet van zwaar materieel.
  • Je hebt een hands-on, no-nonsense mentaliteit, bent sterk resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig.
  • Ervaring binnen een dynamische, ondernemende familiebedrijfscultuur is een grote troef.
