Voor een groeiend bedrijf in de regio Zulte zoeken we een gedreven Teamleader om de lasafdeling naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en weet mensen mee te krijgen in jouw enthousiasme.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in metaalbewerking of lassen en bij voorkeur al ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Technisch inzicht: Planlezen heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je hebt oog voor detail.
  • Communicatie: Je communiceert helder en bent vlot in de omgang met collega's van verschillende niveaus.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en houdt van een gestructureerde werkomgeving.
  • Talen: Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands om de veiligheid en instructies te garanderen.

Als Teamleader ben je het kloppend hart van de lasafdeling. Je combineert technisch inzicht met mensgericht leiderschap om de dagelijkse productie vlot te laten verlopen.

  • Coachen en motiveren: Je stuurt een team van gespecialiseerde lassers aan en zorgt voor een positieve groepsdynamiek.
  • Planning en organisatie: Je verdeelt de taken efficient op basis van de productieplanning en stelt prioriteiten waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je ziet nauwlettend toe op de naleving van de kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over hoe werkmethodes verbeterd kunnen worden voor een optimaal rendement.
  • Technisch aanspreekpunt: Bij technische vraagstukken op de werkvloer ben jij de eerste persoon tot wie het team zich wendt.
