Het onthaalteam is het eerste aanspreekpunt van OLO-Rotonde voor cliënten van waaruit de visie wordt uitgedragen en er wordt voluit gegaan voor een antwoord op iedere vraag.

Bij aanmelding van hulpvragen is het OLO-Rotonde onthaalteam de gids naar een passend ondersteuningsaanbod, binnen of buiten de organisatie.

Voor de aansturing van het team en de coördinatie van deze werking zoeken wij een leidinggevende.

Kernopdracht

Als operationeel verantwoordelijke van het OLO-Rotonde-onthaalteam coördineer je het klantvriendelijk en vraaggestuurd onthalen van (kandidaat-)cliënten en hun netwerk.

Voor deze (kandidaat-) cliënten worden perspectieven gezocht voor hun hulpvragen op korte, middellange en lange termijn. Hiervoor wordt gekeken naar alle hulpbronnen binnen de concentrische cirkels. Je denkt samen met het team na hoe dit nog meer in de werking kan vervlochten worden.

Je creëert verbinding tussen interne en externe partners, in functie van naadloze cliënttrajecten.

Je vertegenwoordigt de missie en visie van OLO-Rotonde zowel intern als naar externe partners.

Je verzorgt de organisatie en continuïteit van de activiteiten binnen het team en coacht en begeleidt de medewerkers vanuit het concept 'dienend leidinggeven'.

  • Bachelor in een sociale of menswetenschappelijke richting
  • Je bent sterk in verbindende communicatie en zoekt verbindingen tussen de vragen die er zijn en het aanbod dat er is
  • Je bent een enthousiaste, gedreven leidinggevende die een team op een positieve en constructieve manier kan aansturen.
  • Je bent een krachtgerichte coach, zowel 1-op-1 als voor het team als geheel
  • Je hebt ervaring met onze doelgroepen, en hebt een doorgedreven kennis van het sociale landschap, RTH en NRTH
  • Je bent bekend met het gebruik van gerelateerde software zoals Insisto en ECQare of kan je deze snel eigen maken
  • Je werkt flexibel en veerkrachtig
  • Competenties: betrokkenheid, samenwerken, cliëntgerichtheid, netwerken
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
