Jouw uitdaging

Als QC/QA Medewerker maak je deel uit van het kwaliteitsteam en draag je dagelijks bij aan het garanderen van veilige en kwalitatieve voedingsproducten. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer, voert controles uit en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om processen continu te verbeteren.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en mee bepalen van de gepaste corrigerende acties
  • Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften binnen de productie
  • Analyseren en registreren van kwaliteitsgegevens
  • Opsporen van verbeterpunten en voorstellen formuleren voor preventieve maatregelen
  • Samenwerken met productie en andere afdelingen om kwaliteitsstandaarden te waarborgen
  • Begeleiden en coachen van operatoren rond kwaliteits- en hygiëneprocedures
  • Bijdragen aan een continue verbetering van processen en kwaliteitsnormen

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, zoals Voedings- of Levensmiddelentechnologie
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteit in de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals HACCP, BRC of gelijkaardige systemen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je werkt vlot met de gebruikelijke softwaretoepassingen; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's weet te motiveren en te begeleiden
  • Je durft collega's aan te spreken wanneer kwaliteitsvoorschriften niet worden nageleefd
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw takenpakket
