Als Operations Coordinator kom je terecht in de second line backoffice. Je behandelt dossiers die net dat tikkeltje meer analyse en opvolging vragen en zorgt ervoor dat processen correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Je neemt ownership over je eigen dossiers, maar houdt tegelijk het bredere overzicht.

  • Behandelen en oplossen van complexere of geëscaleerde dossiers
  • Analyseren en corrigeren van afwijkingen in data, contracten en processen
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van operationele processen
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's en externe partners
  • Coördineren van dossiers waarbij verschillende stakeholders betrokken zijn
  • Structurele problemen signaleren en zoeken naar duurzame oplossingen
  • Meewerken aan projecten rond nieuwe tools, systemen, regelgeving en proceswijzigingen
  • Ondersteunen bij testing en implementatie van nieuwe processen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en correcte toepassing van procedures
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, knelpunten en verbeterpunten
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van twee collega's binnen het team
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en zorgen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de CEO van de businessunit

We zoeken een mature en gedreven professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van een combinatie van operations, analyse, procesoptimalisatie en people management.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen operations, backoffice, procesbeheer of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je denkt in processen en ziet snel waar zaken efficiënter kunnen
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht
