Voor een producent van FMCG-producten zijn wij op zoek naar een Operations Coordinator. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat productie, planning en logistiek optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten voordat ze ontstaan en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt. Bedrijfsomschrijving Deze organisatie produceert en distribueert hoogwaardige FMCG-producten voor de nationale en internationale markt. Binnen de productieomgeving staan kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie centraal. Door voortdurende groei en optimalisatie van processen is er behoefte aan een Operations Coordinator die overzicht houdt en actief bijdraagt aan een goed georganiseerde operatie. Profiel van kandidaat - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Operations of Bedrijfskunde. - Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende functie binnen productie, logistiek of supply chain. - Ervaring binnen een FMCG-omgeving is een sterke pré. - Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en goed overzicht kunnen bewaren. - Communicatief vaardig en in staat om verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden. - Analytisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht. - Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pré. - Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Excel. - Proactieve houding en continu oog voor verbeteringen.
