Operations Coordinator Heb jij de drive om vanuit het hart van de organisatie het verschil te maken voor een schoner milieu? Dan daagt HMVT je uit! Wat doe jij als Operations Coordinator bij HMVT? Bij HMVT, onderdeel van Antea Group Nederland, werken we dagelijks aan een schoner milieu met slimme oplossingen voor bodemsanering, luchtbehandeling en waterzuivering. Vanuit onze werkplaats realiseren we installaties voor projecten in heel Nederland. Als Operations Coordinator ben jij de spil tussen projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat plannen uit projecten naadloos worden vertaald naar een efficiënte werkvoorbereiding en een soepel draaiende werkplaats. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en neemt eigenaarschap over de hele keten: van aanvraag tot uitvoering. Je geeft richting aan het bedrijfsbureau en bent verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming tussen werkvoorbereiding, planning, inkoop en uitvoering. Tegelijk sta je met één been in de operatie: je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele en tactische aansturing van de werkvoorbereiding, werkplaats en monteurs en helpt actief mee om knelpunten op te lossen en processen te verbeteren. In deze rol combineer je operationeel inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je stuurt op structuur en resultaat, maar verliest het team en de praktijk nooit uit het oog. Dit vind jij mooi om te doen: - Het verbinden van projecten met werkvoorbereiding en werkplaats, zodat plannen ook écht uitvoerbaar worden; - Regie voeren op capaciteit, planning en inzet van mensen en middelen; - Aansturen en ontwikkelen van het bedrijfsbureau (werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, planning) en de schakel vormen richting uitvoering; - Continu verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen (bijvoorbeeld vanuit Lean); - Snel schakelen bij verstoringen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor oplossingen; - Meewerken in de operatie waar nodig en zichtbaar zijn op de werkvloer; - Calculeren van projec...
