Als infrastructuurbouwer spelen we een belangrijke rol in de energietransitie, digitalisering, slimme steden en de verdere ontwikkeling van toekomstbestendige infrastructuur. Tegelijk combineren we de slagkracht van een internationale groep met de dynamiek van een familiale onderneming, met een decentrale structuur, korte beslissingslijnen en ruimte voor ondernemerschap. Om onze verdere groei en professionalisering binnen nutsinfrastructuur te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Operations Director Nutsleidingen. In deze functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op over meerdere operationele afdelingen en business units, voornamelijk actief in Oost-Vlaanderen en Brussel. Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van de activiteiten, begeleidt Business Unit Managers en zorgt mee voor een sterke operationele en financiële performantie.

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over meerdere operationele afdelingen en business units binnen jouw regio.
  • De groepsstrategie vertalen naar concrete operationele doelstellingen en groeiplannen.
  • Business Unit Managers en hun operationele teams aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen.
  • De rendabiliteit, budgetten, cashflow en operationele prestaties van de activiteiten opvolgen.
  • Duurzame relaties uitbouwen met publieke organisaties, nutsmaatschappijen en strategische infrastructuurpartners.
  • Nieuwe groeikansen binnen bestaande en nieuwe markten identificeren en realiseren.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele excellentie.
  • Verbeterprojecten initiëren en begeleiden rond efficiëntie, structuur en performantie.
  • Nauw samenwerken met directie, managementteams en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van APK Group.
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 7 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere afdelingen, vestigingen of business units.
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuur, bouw, nutsvoorzieningen, telecom of technische dienstverlening is een belangrijke troef.
  • Sterke financiële bagage en een goed inzicht in bedrijfsresultaten en KPI-management.
  • Professionele kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Ervaring met publieke opdrachtgevers, nutsmaatschappijen en andere professionele stakeholders is een plus.
  • Sterke people manager die richting geeft, teams verbindt en talent ontwikkelt.
  • Ondernemend, analytisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiale onderneming waar vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan.
