Itineris ontwikkelt innovatieve software voor energie- en waterbedrijven en helpt utilities om hun klanten beter te bedienen. Met kantoren in Gent, Atlanta en Londen combineert Itineris technologische expertise met een internationale ambitie en een sterke mensgerichte cultuur. Om de verdere groei van de serviceorganisatie te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Operations Director / Project Director.

Jouw rol als Operations (Project) Director

In deze sleutelrol neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor de volledige opzet en afwerking van oplossingen en projecten. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, scope, timing en budget, stuurt op klanttevredenheid en rendabiliteit en helpt de Operations-organisatie verder te professionaliseren. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met operationele slagkracht en bouw je sterke relaties uit met klanten, partners en interne teams.

• Je geeft richting aan de volledige projectorganisatie en bewaakt kwaliteit, timing, budget en scope.

• Tevens Denk je mee in presales en deal shaping, met oog voor haalbaarheid, risico’s en een sterke project opstart.

• Je stuurt op rendement via P&L, forecasting, rapportering en heldere prioriteiten.

• En bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten en stakeholders en fungeert als gesprekspartner.

• Door je sterke coaching van projectmanagers en teams, zet de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats en stimuleer je groei en samenwerking.

• Duidelijkheid creëer je door structuur te brengen in complexe programma’s, contracten, SLA’s en changeprocessen.

• Je trekt verbeterinitiatieven in delivery, governance en operationele efficiëntie.

Wat breng je mee?

• Een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.

• Ruime ervaring in IT consulting of software delivery projecten, idealiter in complexe ERP- of SaaS-omgevingen.

• Sterke bagage in people management, budgetopvolging, forecasting en operationele aansturing.

• Comfort in een rol met klantencontact op senior niveau, waar vertrouwen en duidelijkheid centraal staan.

• Je verbindt strategie met uitvoering: overzicht bewaren én ingrijpen wanneer nodig gaat je natuurlijk af.

• Kennis van utilities, Microsoft Dynamics, PRINCE2 of PMI is mooi meegenomen.

• Bereidheid om geregeld naar klanten te reizen.
