Om de verdere groei van onze grootschalige telecomactiviteiten te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Operations Director Telecom.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere operationele afdelingen binnen onze telecomactiviteiten. Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van de activiteiten, begeleidt Business Unit Managers en werkt samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders om duurzame groei te realiseren.

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor meerdere operationele afdelingen en business units binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied.
  • De groepsstrategie vertalen naar concrete operationele doelstellingen en groeiplannen.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van Business Unit Managers en hun operationele teams. Je bent ook gemotiveerd om operationele teams te helpen slagen in hun opzet.
  • Bewaken van rendabiliteit, budgetten, cashflow en operationele prestaties.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met publieke organisaties, nutsmaatschappijen en andere strategische infrastructuurpartners.
  • Identificeren en realiseren van groeikansen binnen bestaande en nieuwe markten.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele excellentie.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, structuur en performantie.
  • Samenwerken met directie, operationele teams en ondersteunende diensten om de activiteiten verder te versterken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van APK Group.
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 7 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere afdelingen, vestigingen of business units.
  • Bredere ervaring binnen telecom en samenwerken met publieke en/of telecomoperatoren is onontbeerlijk
  • Sterke financiële bagage en een goed inzicht in bedrijfsresultaten en KPI-management.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands of Frans op professioneel niveau en beschikt over voldoende kennis van respectievelijk het Frans of Nederlands om effectief samen te werken met collega's, klanten en stakeholders. Je bent een verbindende leider die bruggen bouwt tussen teams, business units en regio's en actief bijdraagt aan een sterke groepscultuur over de taalgrenzen heen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waarin wordt samengewerkt met publieke opdrachtgevers, telecomoperatoren en andere professionele stakeholders en begrijpt het belang van kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en lange termijnrelaties.
  • Sterke people manager die richting geeft en talent ontwikkelt.
  • Ondernemend, analytisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiale onderneming waar vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan.
