The posting

Bij SwapBox wassen we herbruikbare bekers, kratten en verpakkingen en brengen we ze terug naar onze klanten. Dagelijks rijden onze elektrische bussen door het land naar kantoren, overheden en bedrijven zoals ASML, TNO en Rabobank. In onze wasstraat in Waddinxveen maken we alles weer schoon voor de volgende ronde. We zoeken een Operations Lead die het liefst met de handen aan het werk is. Iemand die de dag begint in de wasstraat, inspringt op een route als dat nodig is en tussendoor de planning regelt. Jij zorgt dat alles draait.

Bij SwapBox wassen we herbruikbare bekers, kratten en verpakkingen en brengen we ze terug naar onze klanten. Onze elektrische bussen rijden dagelijks naar kantoren, overheden en grote bedrijven door heel Nederland. In onze wasstraat in Waddinxveen maken we alles weer schoon voor de volgende ronde.

Als Operations Lead ben jij degene die zorgt dat alles draait. Je stuurt een team van 10 collega's aan: 6 in de wasstraat en 4 chauffeurs. Je werkt zelf mee, je springt in op een route als dat nodig is en je lost problemen direct op. Een gemiste stop, een machine die hapert of een spoedvraag van een klant: jij pakt het op.

Ongeveer 6 van de 8 uur sta je op de vloer. De rest van je tijd controleer je de planning, ben je aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bedenk je verbeteringen die je zelf doorvoert. Veel administratief werk automatiseren we met slimme tools, zodat jij tijd houdt voor de operatie.

Wat bieden wij? 3.500 tot 4.000 bruto per maand bij 40 uur (excl. 8 vakantiegeld), 32 of 40 uur per week, 25 vakantiedagen, pensioen, een telefoon van de zaak en reiskostenvergoeding. Je start met een contract voor 7 maanden met de intentie tot een vast contract. Je werkt in een klein team met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
