Dit internationale industriële bedrijf telt meer dan honderd gespecialiseerde medewerkers verspreid over meerdere landen en levert zijn producten aan honderden klanten wereldwijd. Met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid en efficiëntie zet het bedrijf zich in voor oplossingen die minder belastend zijn voor het milieu en die waarde creëren op de lange termijn – zowel voor partners als voor de planeet.

Als verantwoordelijke voor de logistieke flow stuur je het volledige proces op de loskade aan. Je leidt twee ploegen die dagelijks instaan voor het lossen en stockeren van inkomende goederen (containers, kippers, zelflossers …). In nauwe samenwerking met de afdeling Procurement en het logistieke dispatchcentrum organiseer je 20 à 30 dagelijkse leveringen en zorg je voor een vlotte en veilige doorstroming van materialen.

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een logistieke of industriële context.
  • Vlot in het gebruik van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Navision.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Resultaatgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Natuurlijke leider met oog voor teamontwikkeling.
  • Drie talen vlot beheersen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Flexibel ingesteld, geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.
