The posting

Je combineert het beste van twee werelden: je bent voornamelijk bezig met het oplossen van technische problemen en het optimaliseren van installaties (±80%), en daarnaast neem je een belangrijke rol op in de technische aansturing en dagelijkse werking van het team (±20%).

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste technisch aanspreekpunt binnen het O&M-team bij complexe vragen en storingen
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt techniekers bij troubleshooting en deelt actief technische kennis en best practices
  • Je stuurt techniekers operationeel aan en waakt over een efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van het werk
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsbriefings en zorgt voor duidelijke teamcommunicatie
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's en ondersteunt hun groei en ontwikkeling
  • Je ziet erop toe dat veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures correct worden nageleefd
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onderhoud en interventies en signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en werkmethodes
  • Je stemt af met interne teams bij technische uitdagingen en rapporteert voortgang en aandachtspunten aan je leidinggevende
  • Je voert zelf preventief onderhoud, interventies en herstellingen uit op PV-installaties, BESS-systemen en andere energie-installaties bij industriële klanten
  • Je analyseert en lost technische storingen op aan onder andere strings, zonnepanelen, omvormers en netontkoppelborden
  • Je voert inspecties en controles uit en zorgt voor een correcte vrijgave van installaties na interventies
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart en indienstnames van nieuwe installaties

Je bent een ervaren technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen begeleidt, maar vooral ook graag technisch bezig blijft.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met PV-installaties, energiesystemen of elektrische installaties
  • Opleiding elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, energietechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in de dagelijkse aansturing van een technisch team
  • Sterk technisch probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en partners
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Nederlands en Engels vlot, Frans is een plus
  • VCA VOL- en BA5-attest of bereid dit te behalen
