Als Operations Manager bij Smits B.V. geef je leiding aan de dagelijkse operatie binnen een technische, projectmatige organisatie. De rol draait om het aanbrengen van rust en structuur, het versterken van de samenwerking tussen de directie, verkoop, projectleiding, service en uitvoering en het beter laten aansluiten van planning, capaciteit en kwaliteit. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen van het bedrijfsbureau - Functioneel aansturen van de serviceorganisatie - Coachen en ontwikkelen van projectleiders, planners, werkvoorbereiders en servicemonteurs - Verbeteren van operationele processen en samenwerking tussen afdelingen - Bewaken van capaciteit, planning en projectvoortgang - Borgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement - Meebouwen aan verbeterprojecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie - Rapporteren aan de directie Het aanbod Smits BV biedt een informele, ondernemende werkomgeving met korte lijnen, veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
