Word jij onze nieuwe operations manager? 40 uur, Uden Vandaag worden bij de ene klant nieuwe werkplekken geïnstalleerd en ingericht, bij de andere lossen jouw collega's een Microsoft 365-storing op en intussen komen op de servicedesk nieuwe klantvragen binnen. En jij? Jij overziet het geheel en geeft als operations manager leiding aan onze 10 IT-specialisten. Jouw doel? Zorgen dat we morgen nóg beter werken dan vandaag. Dit ga je doen Het team dat jij aanstuurt, bestaat uit 2 typen collega's: klantondersteuners die veel op locatie werken en servicedeskmedewerkers die vanuit ons kantoor in Uden klanten helpen. Jij houdt via dashboards en data zicht op wat er binnenkomt, en bepaalt de prioriteiten en planning. Zo zorg je dat elk vraagstuk bij de juiste collega terechtkomt én daar wordt afgerond. Onze ambitie? De beste IT-dienstverlener zijn. Een kwalitatieve dienstverlening is bij jou dus top of mind. Je bezoekt af en toe onze klanten om de dienstverlening af te stemmen. En om te zien hoe je collega's daar werken, zodat je ze goed kunt coachen en begeleiden. Tegelijk kijk je continu vooruit en naar het grotere geheel: waar ontstaan steeds dezelfde knelpunten, welke processen kunnen beter en welke informatie heb je nodig om scherper te sturen? Zo heb je echt impact binnen De Backenders - jij tilt onze dagelijkse operatie naar een steeds hoger niveau. Extra mooi aan jouw baan als operations manager - Echt invloed op hoe we werken. Jij krijgt de ruimte om zelf keuzes te maken, verbeteringen voor te stellen en de operatie slimmer in te richten. - Schakelen met de hele organisatie. Van accountmanagers en projectcollega's tot technische specialisten: jij zorgt dat iedereen weet wat nodig is om het werk goed op elkaar aan te sluiten. - Werken in een fijn team.
