Als Operations Manager krijg jij de ruimte om onze operatie verder te ontwikkelen en professionaliseren. Je kijkt vooruit, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat productie, logistiek en planning steeds beter op elkaar aansluiten. Door de ontwikkeling van De Beer Group neemt ook de complexiteit van onze operatie toe. Jij brengt overzicht en structuur, je zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen niet alleen worden bedacht, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Daarbij combineer je een sterke focus op kwaliteit en resultaat met aandacht voor de mensen die het iedere dag moeten waarmaken. Over De Beer Group De Beer Group is een familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis in de kunststofindustrie. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Veenendaal werken we dagelijks samen aan het verwerken en distribueren van kunststofproducten, met een focus op onder andere dichtingen en sanitaire onderdelen. Wat ooit begon als een familiebedrijf is uitgegroeid tot een internationale organisatie met klanten en partners in heel Europa. Tegelijkertijd zijn de waarden waarop we zijn gebouwd nog altijd zichtbaar in de dagelijkse praktijk: vakmanschap, betrokkenheid en samenwerken. Op onze locatie in Veenendaal komen verschillende disciplines samen, zoals productie, logistiek, sales en inkoop. Hier worden producten en halffabricaten voorbereid voor verdere verwerking en levering aan onze klanten. Wat ons typeert? Een nuchtere en betrokken werksfeer. Collega's kennen elkaar, schakelen snel en voelen zich verantwoordelijk voor het gezamenlijke resultaat. Veel medewerkers werken hier al jarenlang, iets waar we trots op zijn.
