Iemand die structuur brengt, overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat onze organisatie iedere dag soepel draait. Je staat midden in de organisatie, schakelt makkelijk tussen afdelingen en zorgt dat plannen niet alleen worden bedacht, maar ook daadwerkelijk uitgevoerd. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, brengt mensen bij elkaar, signaleert knelpunten en neemt initiatief voordat ze een probleem worden. Jouw rol Als Operations Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie, zorgt dat afdelingen effectief samenwerken en bewaakt de voortgang van belangrijke projecten en verbeteringen. Je bent aanwezig op ons hoofdkantoor en in onze winkels, weet wat er speelt en schakelt snel wanneer iets dreigt vast te lopen. Je wacht niet af, maar neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt ervoor dat zaken daadwerkelijk worden opgepakt. Je werkt dagelijks samen met Retail, Customer Care, HR, Finance, Logistiek en andere afdelingen, en stimuleert eigenaarschap zodat teams gezamenlijk bouwen aan hetzelfde doel.
