Jouw uitdaging

Na een grondige opleiding groei je door naar een centrale rol binnen de productieorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met operatoren en lijnverantwoordelijken en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie optimaal verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van de productieplanning en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte opstart van productielijnen en processen.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van operatoren en productiemedewerkers.
  • Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en opvolgen van opleidingen binnen het team.
  • Voeren van functionerings- en opvolggesprekken.
  • Samenwerken met kwaliteit, planning en andere afdelingen.
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en productiviteit.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer en sterke teamwerking.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken een leidinggevende die graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer en mensen mee op sleeptouw neemt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minimum A2-diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Goede technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, collegiaal en leergierig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Ervaring met heftruck en intern transportmaterieel is een pluspunt.
