Als Operations Manager speel je een sleutelrol in die transitie. Je brengt een sterkere bedrijfseconomische sturing binnen operations, zonder het menselijke karakter van Kaliber uit het oog te verliezen.

Stuur Operations als een business

Je stuurt de Business Unit Managers aan en bewaakt samen met hen productiviteit, kwaliteit, kosten en rendabiliteit. Je bouwt mee aan budgetten en forecasts, analyseert resultaten en zorgt dat afwijkingen tot concrete acties leiden.

Trek de operationele transformatie

Je brengt structuur, tools en managementinformatie binnen Operations. Je zet verbetertrajecten op, stimuleert samenwerking tussen de business units en bouwt aan een cultuur waarin eigenaarschap, continu verbeteren en resultaatgerichtheid vanzelfsprekender worden.

Neem zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor BU Non-Food & Paxure

Naast je Kaliberbrede rol neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over deze businessactiviteiten. Samen met de teamleaders en coaches stuur je op resultaten, organisatie, mensen, klanten en verdere groei.

  • Ruime operationservaring in een industriële, productie- of logistieke omgeving, met verantwoordelijkheid voor resultaten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met budgetten, kosten, rendement, capaciteit en/of P&L-sturing.
  • Ervaring met procesverbetering, Lean/continuous improvement of vergelijkbare methodieken.
  • Ervaring met verandering/professionalisering: niet alleen een bestaande structuur beheren maar systemen en werkwijzen opzetten.
  • Voldoende mensgericht en organisatiesensitief om het sociale DNA van Kaliber te begrijpen.
