Doelstelling De Operations Manager EMEIA realiseert een voorspelbare, veilige en efficiënte operatie voor de productielocaties in Apeldoorn en Szolnok. Je ontwikkelt een heldere langetermijnvisie en vertaalt deze naar prioriteiten, KPI's en concrete verbeterprogramma's. Daarbij versterk je leiderschap, eigenaarschap en samenwerking en draag je bij aan de winstgevendheid en toekomstbestendigheid van Holland Colours. De functie Als Operations Manager EMEIA ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele organisatie van de productielocaties in Apeldoorn en Szolnok. Je geeft via managers en specialisten leiding aan circa 150 medewerkers binnen productie, logistiek, kwaliteit, HSE, technische dienst, engineering en projecten. Je waarborgt veiligheid, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid en stuurt op continuïteit, kosten en productiecapaciteit. Je ontwikkelt de koers voor de komende jaren en vertaalt deze naar doelstellingen, KPI's, jaarplannen en investeringen.
