VIAVAC ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige vacuüm hijstechniek voor glas, panelen en industriële toepassingen. Vanuit Nederland leveren wij aan klanten in vrijwel alle werelddelen. Ook na ruim 30 jaar blijft VIAVAC groeien, zowel autonoom als via overnames, en professionaliseren wij onze supply chain en operations verder. Daarom zoeken wij een Operations Manager die structuur brengt, verbeteringen realiseert en samen met het managementteam bouwt aan de volgende fase van de organisatie. Uren per week: 32-40 uur Niveau: HBO-WO Jouw rol - Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing én verdere ontwikkeling van de operationele organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan circa 15 medewerkers binnen inkoop, logistiek, voorraadbeheer en werkplaats. - Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met continue verbetering en weet mensen, processen en samenwerking effectief met elkaar te verbinden. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, maar schakelt net zo gemakkelijk op tactisch en strategisch niveau. - Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director en bent onderdeel van het managementteam. Waar ligt jouw uitdaging? De komende jaren ligt de focus op: - verdere professionalisering van supply chain en operations; - optimalisatie van planning en voorraadbeheer; - verbeteren van leverbetrouwbaarheid en operationele efficiëntie; - versterken van samenwerking met leveranciers en ketenpartners; - en het verder ontwikkelen van teams, processen en structuur.
