Terberg Matec Nederland zoekt een Operations Manager die niet vanaf de zijlijn stuurt, maar zichtbaar aanwezig is in de operatie. Een leider die richting geeft, mensen ontwikkelt en samen met zijn teams bouwt aan de meest klantgerichte serviceorganisatie van de branche. Als Operations Manager ben je lid van het Management Team en verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele organisatie van Terberg Matec Nederland. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor service, assemblage, supply chain, QHSE en de verdere ontwikkeling van de operationele dienstverlening. De kern van de functie is simpel: zorgen dat onze klanten iedere dag kunnen vertrouwen op hun voertuigen. Of het nu gaat om gemeentelijke afvalinzameling, reiniging of specialistische voertuigen; stilstand is geen optie. Daarom bouwen ze iedere dag aan maximale beschikbaarheid, excellente service en duurzame klantrelaties. Je geeft leiding aan een team van professionals en bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen onze vestigingen, bij klanten en binnen ons landelijke netwerk van servicepartners. Je begrijpt dat sterke processen belangrijk zijn, maar weet ook dat duurzame resultaten uiteindelijk door mensen worden gerealiseerd. Naast de dagelijkse operatie speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Denk aan procesverbetering, digitalisering, nieuwe serviceconcepten en het slim benutten van data en telematica om klanten nóg beter te ondersteunen.
