Werde Teil dieser Erfolgsgeschichte: Als direkte Stellvertretung des Hoteldirektors überwachst du alle Rooms-Division-Abteilungen bzw. in seiner Abwesenheit sämtliche Abteilungen in unserem JUFA Hotel Salzburg City mit 106 Zimmern. Wir suchen einen strategischen Kopf mit Gastgeber:innen-Gen, der Lust hat, unseren Standort mit Unternehmergeist und Empathie erfolgreich in die Zukunft zu führen.

* Operative Steuerung: Koordination aller Abteilungen und "Manager on Duty"-Dienste

* Prozess-Optimierung: Kontrolle von Arbeitsabläufen, Inventuren und Lagerhaltung

* Team-Leadership: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen

* Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung der JUFA-Hotels-Standards (Hygiene, Sicherheit, Ordnung)

* Gäste-Fokus: Aktive Betreuung vor Ort und Weiterentwicklung des Hotelangebots

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Background: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Hotellerie/Gastronomie (vorzugsweise F&B)
