Als Operations Manager van Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre Utrecht Bunnik ben je de operationele rechterhand van de General Manager en de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operatie. Je geeft direct leiding aan drie afdelingshoofden: Front Office, Food & Beverage en Housekeeping. De locatie beschikt over 79 kamers, 30 flexibele vergaderzalen en een plenaire ruimte van 1.000 m² voor congressen en evenementen tot 1.200 personen. Het "alles onder één dak"-concept vraagt om een Operations Manager die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en afdelingen naadloos op elkaar laat aansluiten, ook tijdens grootschalige, meerdaagse events. Je werkt vanuit het hart van de Postillion-organisatie: Bunnik is tevens de thuisbasis van het hoofdkantoor, wat zorgt voor korte lijnen en directe betrokkenheid bij de bredere organisatie.Jouw rol:

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepele, gastgerichte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige operatie over alle afdelingen heen. • Je geeft leiding aan en coacht de afdelingshoofden van Front Office, F&B en Housekeeping • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gastbeleving en stuurt bij waar nodig • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte afstemming tussen afdelingen, zeker tijdens grootschalige congressen en events • Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en pakt deze proactief op • Je rapporteert aan de General Manager en vervangt hem/haar bij afwezigheid Wat wij bieden & wie je bent:
