Je zorgt dat offertes en orders soepel door de keten lopen en dat de klantprognoses waar Supply Chain Management op plant, betrouwbaar zijn. Daarvoor schakel je dagelijks met Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance en SCM, en met klanten en consultants. Het gaat hard bij Aspen en niet alles is dichtgetimmerd: je krijgt de ruimte om processen neer te zetten die er nu nog niet zijn. Jouw taken als Operations Manager Sales Support zijn als volgt: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van sales support en voor de processen eronder. Je stuurt het team, bewaakt de doorloop van offertes en orders en zorgt dat prognoses, rapportages en CRM-data kloppen. Daarnaast houd je het salesbudget in de gaten en maak je knelpunten tussen afdelingen bespreekbaar en oplosbaar. - Je geeft leiding aan Sales Support en Key Account Management: heldere doelen, taakverdeling, coaching en beoordelingen; - Je zorgt dat offertes, orders en leadopvolging vlot en volgens afspraak door de keten lopen; - Je legt processen en documentatie vast en traint het team, zodat iedereen op dezelfde manier werkt; - Je vertaalt klantprognoses naar een bruikbare vraagvoorspelling voor Supply Chain Management; - Je plant capaciteit: bezetting, werkverdeling en de tools en data die het team nodig heeft; - Je lost knelpunten op met Customer Service, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance en SCM, en zorgt dat wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving snel in de processen landen; - Je bouwt dashboards en periodieke rapportages voor de Global He...
