Operations manager Verpakken en Logistiek Krijg jij energie van een dynamische internationale werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is? Als Operationsmanager Verpakken en Logistiek krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een omvangrijke operatie binnen een toonaangevend en innovatief familiebedrijf in de Nederlandse tuinbouw. Een rol waarin leiderschap, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren samenkomen. Jouw rol Als Operationsmanager Verpakken en Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces in onze vier verwerkingshallen. Vanaf het moment dat de paprika's de hal inkomen na het oogsten tot het moment waarop ze klaarstaan op het dock voor transport naar de klant en de vrachtauto ingaan. Daarbij gaat het om sorteren, verpakken, kwaliteitsbewaking, intern transport en expeditie. Je geeft direct leiding aan de Productiemanagers Sorteren en Flowpack, de Kwaliteitsmanager en de Teamleider Logistiek. Op deze locaties staan 4 sorteermachines en 15 verpakkingslijnen. Er wordt gewerkt in een 2 ploegendienst. Tijdens het seizoen, van maart tot en met november, zorg jij ervoor dat mensen, machines en processen optimaal samenwerken. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen. Dat is belangrijk, want de dynamiek is groot. Aan de ene kant heb je te maken met de wensen van de klant, aan de andere kant met wat er vanuit de teelt beschikbaar komt. Juist wanneer de planning verandert of de druk toeneemt, weet jij rust, duidelijkheid en richting te brengen. Je werkt intensief samen met het Bedrijfsbureau, de locatiemanagers van de kassen en het team Teelt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operationeel Directeur.
