Functieomschrijving:

  • Directe aansturing van afdelingshoofden (productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en techniek) en motivatie van een ruime groep operationele medewerkers staan centraal.
  • Bestaande processen worden geanalyseerd en verbeterd op het vlak van rendement, veiligheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Strenge bewaking van de normen inzake voedselveiligheid en arbeidsveiligheid vormt een dagelijkse prioriteit.
  • Actief meedenken over toekomstige investeringen in het machinepark en automatisering hoort bij de rol, afgestemd op de commerciële vraag.
  • Rapportage vindt rechtstreeks plaats aan de CEO / het directiecomité op basis van duidelijke KPI’s.

Profiel:

  • Een master- of bachelordiploma (bijv. Bio-ingenieur, Industrieel Ingenieur of Logistiek/Business Management) is vereist, aangevuld met meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring in een voedingsgerelateerde productieomgeving. Ervaring in de vlees- of versindustrie geldt als een sterke troef.
  • Mensgericht leiderschap en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op elk niveau — van directiekamer tot werkvloer — zijn onmisbaar. Teams worden door jou enthousiast meegenomen in verandering.
  • Grondige kennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen in de voeding en een sterk analytisch inzicht kenmerken jouw werkwijze.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans en/of Engels.
