Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er binnen de operatie speelt. Je bespreekt resultaten met de Teamleiders, stuurt bij waar nodig en helpt hen om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Teamleiders en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en prioriteiten. - Je geeft leiding aan de Teamleiders en coacht hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Je bewaakt de resultaten, kwaliteit en voortgang van de totale operatie. - Je analyseert KPI's en operationele resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je zorgt samen met de Teamleiders voor een goede personeelsplanning en inzet. - Je herkent knelpunten in processen en zorgt samen met het team voor verbeteringen. - Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en spreekt medewerkers aan wanneer dat nodig is. - Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling van Teamleiders en medewerkers. Wie ben jij Je bent een ervaren leidinggevende die goed overzicht kan houden in een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Je vindt het leuk om mensen te begeleiden en weet Teamleiders te motiveren om samen goede resultaten te behalen. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie en durft beslissingen te nemen.
