Hoe ziet jou dag eruit als Operations Officer?

  • Je neemt complexe dossiers onder handen
  • Je toetst contracten, meterdata en marktprocessen op afwijkingen en stuurt die meteen bij
  • De correcte uitvoering van operationele processen valt onder jouw toezicht
  • Je stuurt dossiers aan in nauw contact met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Je brengt structurele problemen aan het licht
  • Ook aan projecten lever je een bijdrage: nieuwe tools, migraties, wetswijzigingen, procesaanpassingen
  • Bij de implementatie van nieuwe processen of systemen speel je een ondersteunende rol
  • Je houdt een vinger aan de pols bij kwaliteit, compliance en regelgeving in de energiemarkt
  • Over voortgang, knelpunten en verbeterpunten breng je verslag uit
  • Als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt kunnen interne teams en partners bij jou terecht
