Hoe ziet jouw koers er dan precies uit?

Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt het overzicht, zet de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats en zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn vlot op koers blijft. Als het ware ben jij de brug tussen operations en people management. Je weet perfect wat je team nodigt heeft om te presteren, of dat nu de juiste ondersteuning, duidelijke richting of extra dosis motivatie is.

Dankzij jouw leiderschap blijft iedereen in dezelfde richting varen.

Om alles op koers te houden, neem je onder andere volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van warehouseteams op diverse sites
  • Plannen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse warehouse-activiteiten
  • Efficiënt inzetten van medewerkers, middelen en beschikbare ruimte
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van procedures

  • Heb je een passie voor logistiek en werkt jouw enthousiasme aanstekelijk

  • Ben je hands-on ingesteld, neem je initiatief en pak je uitdagingen vastberaden aan

  • Ervaring binnen logistiek en in een leidinggevende functie is een must
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met verzuim- en evaluatiegesprekken is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
