The posting

Je zorgt voor een optimale planning en het real-time opvolgen en sturen van de activiteiten binnen het Contact Center.

  • In real time de verschillende kanalen (telefonie, e-mail, chat) monitoren en de personeelsbezetting aanpassen aan de werkdruk.
  • De competenties van medewerkers analyseren en inkomende e-mails toewijzen aan de juiste collega voor een snelle en kwalitatieve afhandeling.
  • Uurroosters opstellen, de vakantieplanning beheren en zorgen voor een continue operationele bezetting.
  • Historische gegevens gebruiken om de personeelsbehoefte correct te voorspellen en de inzet van middelen te optimaliseren.
  • Operationele rapporten opstellen om trends te identificeren, de efficiëntie te verbeteren en managers te ondersteunen in hun beslissingen.
  • Min 3-5j ervaring in planning, workforce management of real-time coördinatie, bij voorkeur in een Contact Center.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen om medewerkersvaardigheden te beoordelen en inkomende aanvragen efficiënt te verdelen.
  • Zeer goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid en een sterk gevoel voor prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt vlot samen met de managers.
  • Je bent tweetalig FR/NL; kennis van Engels en Avaya is een troef.
