Als Senior Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige planningsproces van containertransporten. Je vormt de cruciale schakel tussen de operationele teams, transporteurs, chauffeurs en schippers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je organiseert dagelijks de planning van containertransporten via binnenvaart en wegtransport.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van beschikbare capaciteit en middelen.
  • Je coördineert intermodale transportstromen van en naar diverse terminals en klanten.
  • Je volgt transportopdrachten nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met schippers, chauffeurs, transporteurs en operationele collega's.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, laad- en lostijden en zorgt voor een efficiënte doorstroming van goederen.
  • Je anticipeert proactief op vertragingen, wijzigingen of operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je analyseert planningen en denkt mee na over optimalisaties binnen de transportprocessen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens correct in de bestaande plannings- en operationele systemen.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op de terminal om een vlotte operationele werking te garanderen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op wanneer extra ondersteuning nodig is.

Geen enkele dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Dankzij jouw ervaring maak jij dagelijks het verschil binnen een uitdagende logistieke omgeving.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als planner binnen de binnenvaart of het wegtransport.
  • Ervaring binnen intermodaal transport of containertransport is een mooie troef, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met logistiek en transportprocessen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning wijzigt of de druk toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met schippers, chauffeurs, transporteurs en interne stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans.
  • Kennis van Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in daguren (8u-16u of 9u-17u) en neemt 1 à 2 keer per maand een vroege shift op (6u-14u).
  • Je kan vlot overweg met plannings- en operationele systemen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en toont flexibiliteit wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
