Wij zoeken een Operations & Reliability assistent die de Operations & Reliability directeur gaat helpen en assisteren doorheen alle taken binnen Operations.

Iemand die dagelijkse operationele werking in goede banen leidt, technische teams inspireert en actief bijdraagt aan de verdere groei en optimalisatie van onze organisatie.

Samen bouwen we aan een toekomst van innovatie en toewijding. Deze functie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Supervisor of Reliability Ingenieur, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en profiel.

Profiel

Als Operations & Reliability assistent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat dagelijkse activiteiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Daarnaast neem je een centrale rol op in het verbeteren van processen, het realiseren van strategische doelstellingen en het ontwikkelen van een performante organisatie. Actief opzoek gaan naar oplossingen indien er problemen zijn, is voor jou geen moeilijkheid.

Tenslotte zet jij de klant op de eerste plaats. Je bent iemand die de prioriteiten van de klant begrijpt en ook aanbrengt. Je gaat op een gepaste manier om met klanten en houdt iedereen tevreden over onze services.

Jouw taken:

- Wekelijks meetings met onze klanten

- Offertes opstellen

- Coördineren en aansturen van de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten

- Coachen en ondersteunen van technische en operationele teams

- Opvolgen van het team Reliability Engineers

- Optimaliseren van operationele processen met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid

- Opvolgen en analyseren van operationele KPI's

- Initiëren en implementeren van verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten

- Bewaken van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieunormen

- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om bedrijfsdoelstellingen te realiseren

- Actief bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling en verdere groei van de onderneming

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Mechanica, Elektriciteit of Elektromechanica,
  • Je hebt zin om bij te leren en je te ontwikkelen richting een Reliability- of supervisorfunctie
  • Je bent een sociale collega die teams weet te motiveren en te ontwikkelen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zeer goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Eerste kennis met Reliability management, maintenance engineering of operationele excellence is een sterke troef.
