Als Operations Supervisor sta je in voor volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je neemt mee de operationele leiding over een productieafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt gerealiseerd met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieunormen.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid, productie-efficiëntie en continue verbetering en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je houdt de productie- en magazijnstromen nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt snel in om een optimale output en vlotte werking te garanderen.
  • Je staat in voor het onthaal, de begeleiding en coaching van medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's zich snel kunnen integreren binnen het team.
  • Je beschikt over een technische bacheloropleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur als teamleader.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met verschillende computertoepassingen.
  • Je bent een sterke People Manager die energie haalt uit het motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen van een divers team.
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met duidelijke en overtuigende communicatie.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken. Zowel twee ploegen als een vaste nacht zijn bespreekbaar, afhankelijk van de noden en de verdere afspraken.
