Voor een klant in Aalter zijn we op zoek naar een Operations & Supply Chain Assistant.

Als Operations & Supply Chain Assistant met een feeling voor Customer Care ben je de spil in het beheer van onze operationele en administratieve processen. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze orderverwerking, een tijdige uitlevering aan klanten, en een nauwkeurige opvolging van facturatie en betalingen. Met jouw oog voor detail, klantgerichtheid en logistieke kennis draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van onze workflows en het garanderen van een uitstekende service. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en werkt nauw samen met de Supply Chain Manager om de dagelijkse activiteiten efficiënt en succesvol te laten verlopen.

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING:

  • Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt inkomende orders nauwkeurig en tijdig in ons SAP-systeem en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct opgevolgd worden.
  • Kwaliteitsbeheer ondersteunen: Je bereidt de nodige documenten voor en meldt inkomende goederen aan bij de klant, zodat onze kwaliteitsmanager samen met de keuringsdienst van de klant de keuring kan uitvoeren.
  • Uitlevering naar klanten: Je coördineert het volledige leveringsproces, inclusief het melden van leveringen, het boeken van transport en het opstellen van douanedocumenten indien nodig.
  • Facturatie en betalingsopvolging: Je stelt facturen op en houdt toezicht op de betaling ervan, waarbij je eventuele achterstanden signaleert en opvolgt.
  • Samenwerking en rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO en werkt nauw samen met de Supply Chain Manager om processen te stroomlijnen en klantverwachtingen te overtreffen.
  • Warehouse Management en Masterdata: Je voert taken uit in ons SAP-systeem, waaronder het beheer van masterdata en het ondersteunen van warehouse managementactiviteiten.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen over orders, leveringen en facturen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van interne processen en systemen om efficiëntie te verhogen.

KENNIS, VAARDIGHEDEN EN ERVARING:

  • Een sterke organisator met oog voor detail en een klantgerichte houding.
  • Ervaring met SAP en affiniteit met order- en warehouse management is een must.
  • Kennis van logistieke processen en douanedocumentatie is een must.
  • Inzicht in kwaliteitsprocessen is een voordeel.
  • Iemand die zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed kan samenwerken binnen een team.
  • Een proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Je bent accuraat, kunt zaken goed structureren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
  • Hands-on, pro-actief en oplossingsgericht werken is helemaal jouw ding.
  • Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot.
  • Je bent goed in time management.
  • Engels en Frans zijn een must
  • 5 jaar ervaring
