The posting

Als Operations Support Agent ben je een cruciale schakel binnen de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat data, processen en communicatie vlot en correct verlopen.

Je volgt zendingen en systemen nauwgezet op, detecteert afwijkingen en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in. Daarnaast fungeer je als verbindingspunt tussen warehouse/sort, dispatch en customer service, zodat deadlines (cut-offs), kwaliteit en veiligheid gewaarborgd blijven.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Monitoren en opvolgen van scans, statussen en uitzonderingen in operationele systemen
  • Valideren en corrigeren van zending- en adresgegevens
  • Coördineren van exception handling (zoals missorts, holds, schade of POD-problemen)
  • Beheren van mailbox en telefonische communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van rapportages en KPI-dashboards
  • Afstemmen met operationele teams over volumes, capaciteit en planning
  • Ondersteunen van compliance (security, gevaarlijke goederen, douane)
  • Invoeren en onderhouden van data in systemen
  • Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en werkinstructies
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands: zeer goed (mondeling en schriftelijk) Frans: zeer goed (mondeling, schriftelijk is een sterke plus) Engels: zeer goed
  • Competenties: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid Proactieve en klantgerichte communicatie Goede organisatie en probleemoplossend vermogen, ook onder tijdsdruk Stressbestendig, discreet en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Aanvullende troeven: Digitale vaardigheid en vlotte omgang met systemen Kennis van Excel en KPI-rapportering Interesse in logistieke processen, security en compliance Bereidheid om bij te leren en certificaten te behalen
  • Profiel: Ervaring in logistiek of operations support is een plus, maar geen vereiste Gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom Flexibel inzetbaar in shifts (7:00–15:06, 8:00–16:06, 12:00–20:06, 13:00–21:06) Belangrijkste en meest voorkomende shift: 07:00–15:06 of 08:00-16:06 Bereid om shifts over te nemen bij afwezigheden In staat om een blanco strafblad voor te leggen
