Ihre Arbeitswelt

Der Wirkungsbereich erstreckt sich auf die Funktions- und Organisationsprofile entsprechend der definierten Aufgaben- und Tätigkeitsbereiche der OP-Assistenz.

* Durchführung der OP- Dokumentation

* Präoperative Übernahme der Patient*innen

* Durchführung operationsspezifischer Lagerungen und Positionierungen

* Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team in der OP-Einheit

* Fachgerechte Anwendung von Medizinprodukten und medizinisch-technischen Geräten

Ihr Profil

Fachlich:

* Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung zur OP-Assistenz. Zudem sind Kenntnisse in der Assistenz und der Anlage ruhigstellender und starrer Wundverbände sowie einfacher Gipstechniken von Vorteil, können aber auch im Rahmen der Anstellung erworben werden.

* Sie bringen einen Nachweis über die Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister mit

Persönlich:

* Sie sind kommunikations- und kooperationsfähig, motiviert und haben eine hohe soziale Kompetenz.

* Sie sind Kunden*innen und Patient*innen orientiert.

* Sie bringen Eigenverantwortung mit und die Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.

* Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in IT-Anwendungen.

Gehaltsschema

SII/N3 (mind. € 3.101,40 monatlich bzw. € 43.419,60 Jahresbrutto auf Basis Vollzeit)Erfahrung im Beruf wird ggf. durch die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten und einer damit verbundenen höheren Einstufung im Schema berücksichtigt.
